Weekly Theme

This week’s theme was all about what to do when things go wrong. Things go wrong all of the time but it is how we deal with them going wrong that is so important.

When people fall out with their friends it can cause sadness, anger or upset. It can also make them feel very lonely. We talked about if they feel lonely, it is important to speak to a trusted adult. They can help make things better. When we realise that we have made a mistake, it is important not to repeat the same mistake again because it can become a bad habit. It’s always best to say sorry and sort out a mistake straightaway. If somebody apologises to us for making a mistake, it’s always best to accept their apology and move on in a positive way. After all, anybody can make a mistake!
