Hi there
Today I sat by Elsa and Mrs Northover in the fish tank again (hahahaha! not me, I wasn't in the fish tank!).
I was with Miss Green's class today and first up was Beast Quest - The Dark Realm, where Tom and Elenna were off to Gorgonia to deal with six of the deadliest beasts.
Next was Alien Adventures - The Contest where something shot past Max's ear and exploded nearby.  Urooooooooooo!  That must've been a bit scary!
Then I listened to Roald Dahl and his Chocolate Factory and found out that Roald Dahl only wrote two short stories a year at first, because he was very fussy about getting the words just right.
After that, I heard How to Make Manga Characters and I found out that manga comics are made up of different panels which separate all the drawings.
Attack of the Demon Dinner Ladies was next, and Jodi's mum became allergic to the face mask she was using and had to go to hospital because her eyes swelled up so badly!
Last today was The Gaskitts, where Mrs Gaskitt won first prize in a competition.  She won a year's supply of ... sorry, you'll have to read it to find out!

Hi there and happy new year!  There was a bit of a fishy theme going on today ...
First of all, I sat near the fish tank outside Year 4KK, and I saw two fish inside.  They were blowing bubbles at me and waving their tails, so I waved back with mine.  I think one was called Elsa and the other was called Mrs Northover because that's what it said on the sign nearby, but then again, I could be wrong.
It was just great to be back at school, and first up today, I listened to Wimpy Kid - Dog Days, where Mrs Canfield's lawn needed mowing.  I don't much like lawnmowers - too noisy for me!
Next up, it was Dork Diaries - Drama Queen, where Chloe's best friend's little sister Brianna accidentally killed her fish.  Oops!  Hope someone's keeping an eye on the fish at school!
After that it was Bertie Wiggins' Amazing Ears, and Bertie could wiggle and waggle his ears, plus, he looked like Prince Cecil, who just happened to be so good at sums, he was going to say his tables on TV, with the king!  Guess what happened then ...!
Viking Boy was next, and Gunnar had to kill the man who killed his father, and Gauk sold Gunnar to Orme to be his slave.
Then I listened to The Fish in Room 11, where Margot was telling everyone that she'd seen a mermaid singing.  Is that true?  Do they sing?  I like singing - and I like water!  Perhaps I could be a mermaid, or a mer-dog!

Testwood Baptist Church Service

On Thursday 22nd December, Staff, children, parents and grandparents gathered at Testwood Baptist Church for the annual Christmas service. It all started with some of our talented musicians playing Christmas songs and then the year 6 narrators told the Christmas story which was intermingled with each year group singing a poinant song. It was lovely to see so many parents and guests joining in with some of the more well known songs.

Choir at AFC Totton

On Tuesday, the choir were invited to sing at AFC Totton to over 100 people, some with dementia and some elderly folk from the local community. The children, as usual, performed brilliantly. The children then gave out Christmas presents to each member of the audience and chatted to them about Christmas. It was a super afternoon which culminated in AFC Totton's mascot handing each child a present to say Merry Christmas and thank you.
